Engines 

The new 2022 Volvo XC60 no longer runs on the T5 and T6 powertrains. Volvo swapped them out for the new B5 and B6 with a 48-volt mild-hybrid engine system. The T8 is still available on the Volvo XC60 Recharge plug-in hybrid model. Both the B5 and B6 run on a 2.0L four-cylinder, with the B5 pumping out 247 horsepower and the supercharged B6 boasting 297 horsepower. The T8 plug-in hybrid model takes the B6 and adds a set of electric motors for a combined 400 horsepower.

 

Infotainment 

Now with Google built in, the new Volvo XC60 can access Google Maps, utilize voice control and seamlessly connect to smart home devices. There is no wait to connect your smartphone, Google is ready to go once you turn on the vehicle.
